How to get the TrackR to Connect to a New Phone?

If you purchase a new phone, and need to know how to get the TrackR to connect to a new phone,  you can connect your UK purchased TrackR to your phone by following the steps below.

1. Download the TrackR app on your new phone. You can download the app for iOS here: http://bit.ly/1g8yd66 or for Android here: http://bit.ly/1i2FyIs

2. Remove the battery from your TrackR device. You can see how to remove the battery from the TrackR Bravo here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L46vNgvfMDM

3. Reinsert the Battery after 20 seconds.

4. Open the TrackR app.

5. Read the on screen slides and press “next” until you reach the “Pick your TrackR” menu.

6. Select the kind of TrackR you are pairing with your new phone.

7. When the Activate your TrackR screen appears, press the button on the face of your TrackR then select “Pair” on the pop-up box that appears.

8. Select the icon that matches the item you are putting your TrackR on.

If you have more TrackRs to pair with your phone after completing the above instructions, please follow the steps below:

1. Remove the battery from your other TrackR device. You can see how to remove the battery from the TrackR Bravo here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L46vNgvfMDM

2. Reinsert the Battery after 20 seconds.

3. Open the TrackR app then click the icon in the top right corner that looks like three squares stacked on top of each other. This will slide in the “Select a device” menu.

4. Click “Add New Device.”

5. Pick the kind of TrackR you are pairing with your new phone.

6. When the Activate your TrackR screen appears, press the button on the face of your TrackR then select “Pair” on the pop-up box that appears.

7. Select the icon that matches the item you are putting your TrackR on.

Repeat the above process for each additional TrackR you would like to pair with your phone.
